Tuxedo Rental

I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions: No exchanges or refunds of deposits for any cancellation of any order or layaway. The sizes selected is your decision. Bridal Elegance is not responsible for any tuxedo fit not tried on in our shop prior to your event or for inaccurate measurements provided to us. Socks are not included, but Bridal Elegance has limited socks for sale if needed. Tuxedos will be ready for Try on/Pick up the Thursday before the event unless notified otherwise. Improper fit requiring adjustments or exchanges due to inaccurate measurements provided to Bridal Elegance may incur additional fees. All tuxedos are recommended to be tried on at Bridal Elegance by 5 pm on the Thursday before the event. Tuxedo rentals must be returned the next business day after the event that Bridal Elegance is open (typically Monday). Any loss of items, damages, or late returns will be your responsibility. Any late returns will be assessed a fee of $20.00 dollars per day per item. Any item not returned shall be considered stolen and under Michigan Law you may be charged with theft of property and are liable for any charges, processing fees, court cost, attorney charges, and expenses incurred by Bridal Elegance to return the items or replace them. Checks are not accepted at time of pickup. Checks submitted as final payment must clear (21 business days) before the tuxedo can be taken from the store. All returned checks will be charged a fee of $25.
