BRIDESMAID ORDER FORM

Thank you for ordering your dress with us online. Bridal Elegance loves helping bridal parties no matter where the members live! To make the process easy we have provided a way to submit their bridesmaid order directly from our web site. Orders are not finalized until confirmation is given and payment received.

Extra Length if Available (Extra $15-$20)

How do you plan to pay? Payment for orders submitted online must be done with check by mail or credit card. You can receive a 5% discount on your order by paying for half of your order upfront with a check, and a 5% discount if you choose to pay in full upfront. These discounts may be combined, as long as the check is mailed within 5-7 business days after order submission. Any other discounts we offer that you qualify for will be applied to your order automatically. Please contact Customer Service if you have any questions about our discounts and we would be happy to help! You will be invoiced your total via email once your order form is processed.

Terms and Conditions: The size selected is your decision and is final. For your protection we do not accept orders/changes via phone, only through email. The size selected is a standard size and is not custom made to your measurements. Extra length requests vary by style and designer and are subject to approval. Dye lots and sizes may vary from the samples and advertising materials. Dye lots may also vary if ordered in different styles in the same color, or if multiples of the same style are ordered separately. Alterations are usually necessary, are an additional cost, and are by appointment only. Merchandise must be paid in full prior to any alterations being performed. Merchandise is special ordered and therefore is not subject to cancellation, refund or exchange for any reason. All merchandise must be paid in full and picked up by the original wedding date or it becomes the property of Bridal Elegance and will be subject to immediate sale. All deposits will be forfeited. The earliest date you can expect this order to arrive is ESTIMATED at 14-18 weeks. (Bridesmaids: Estimated 14-18 weeks after the final bridesmaid has placed her order). We cannot be responsible or make amends for actions that occur outside of our control (i.e. manufacturer’s delays, returns due to manufacturer defects and/or variations in dye lots). All parcels are shipped ground unless otherwise requested and paid for by customer. Upon arrival and acceptable inspection of the dress the customer will be notified. For bridesmaid orders Bridal Elegance will notify the bride of arrival, not the bridesmaids individually. You will need an appointment to try on your dress, have your dress altered, or to pickup your dress. If you would like to have your dress shipped to you for an additional cost, it is your responsibility to contact us and make arrangements for shipping upon notification that the dress has arrived in the store. If your group has taken advantage of our “Ship to Bride” option the dresses will all be shipped directly to the address the bride provides. No checks can be accepted at time of pickup. Checks submitted as final payment must clear 21 days before the dress will be shipped or released.
