Does Bridal Elegance require appointments?
Although we highly recommend appointments for the best possible service, Bridal Elegance will never turn away a walk-in customer. Walk-ins may come during our normal business hours:

How soon should I begin shopping for my Bridal Gown?
We recommend shopping 8-10 months prior to your wedding date if you plan to special order a bridal gown. Special orders take time to come in, but we also want to allow plenty of time for alterations. Some designers offer rushes, have limited stock, or ship faster than others. Also, any gown can be purchased right off of the showroom floor for any event. We also offer a special discount if you purchase/special order your gown at least 8 or more months prior to your wedding date.
Do you do alterations on gowns not purchased at Bridal Elegance?

How much notice is needed to book or change an appointment?
At least 1 business day is needed to ensure Bridal Elegance stylists will be scheduled to work with you. Occasionally we can squeeze brides in with less notice if there is a cancellation or if a Stylist has a break in her schedule. It is best to call for availability for short notice inquiries.
The only day I can come in is Sunday. Is there any way Bridal Elegance can help me?
Bridal Elegance is typically closed on Sundays, however, we would be happy to check with our staff to see if anyone is able to come in special to work with you. We do require a credit card hold for the appointment, in which case a $30 fee will be charged if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
What discounts does Bridal Elegance offer?
Bridal Elegance offers several different discounts for you and your entire wedding party – easy things like ordering early, paying with cash or check, and paying in full. Your stylist would be happy to go over any specific discounts you and your party qualifies for during your visit.
Can my out-of- town Bridesmaids still order their gowns through Bridal Elegance?
Yes they can! Bridal Elegance has a great option for out of town bridesmaids to order their gowns with us. Just direct your wedding party to our website’s Bridesmaid Order Page with the style, color, and designer information of the gown you have chosen for your group. They may also email their size choice to us if that works better for them.
How soon should I begin shopping for my Bridesmaid Gowns?
We recommend shopping 5-7 months prior to your wedding date for your bridesmaid gowns. Special orders take time to come in, but we also want to allow plenty of time for alterations for each bridesmaid. Some designers offer rushes, have limited stock, or ship faster than others. Also, any gown can be purchased right off of the showroom floor for any event. Bridal Elegance also offers a special discount if all of your bridesmaids finalize their orders at least 5 or more months prior to your wedding date.
Does Bridal Elegance have every style in stock from the designer lines they carry?
Our designers have such an extensive collection of gowns that we cannot carry them all. However, Bridal Elegance is authorized to special order any style from the designer lines we carry.
